Good morning!

Here she is, just like almost every morning. She pulls up my pajamas and presses her mouth to my belly and announces "it's morning baby! Are you awake?". Then she chatters on to the baby for a few more minutes about whatever comes to mind. Sometimes she sings, sometimes she just chats. It is a wonderful way to start a day.

Driving buddies

For the last month, every time we leave the house Amelia says, "wait! I'll go get Diney!" (Dine-EE). And then she carefully buckles him up in the backseat for the drive to the store. From time to time, William joins the fun and brings his triceratops. It isn't the cute, cuddly dolls I pictured when they told me "it's a girl". But, I sure am enjoying this ride!

Here he is! Doesn't he look great? Sadly, I had to work and didn't get to see him in action. Daddy reports he worked hard for the whole class and didn't need help. Great work William!
