My two

Look at these two at story time! Amelia isn't quite old enough to go to the big kid story time (she has to be 3), but our librarian loves her and let her come olin on a low attendance day recently. Amelia was so excited! I was more than a little surprised to see her plop down next to her brother and grab for his hand.

Guess what we did yesterday?

I knew it was coming, but this week has been so busy the actual event snuck up on me.

So proud- I didnt cry! But, I wanted to.

Good morning!

Here she is, just like almost every morning. She pulls up my pajamas and presses her mouth to my belly and announces "it's morning baby! Are you awake?". Then she chatters on to the baby for a few more minutes about whatever comes to mind. Sometimes she sings, sometimes she just chats. It is a wonderful way to start a day.

Ps. Eyes are closed because the flash was so bright.

Driving buddies

For the last month, every time we leave the house Amelia says, "wait! I'll go get Diney!" (Dine-EE). And then she carefully buckles him up in the backseat for the drive to the store. From time to time, William joins the fun and brings his triceratops. It isn't the cute, cuddly dolls I pictured when they told me "it's a girl". But, I sure am enjoying this ride!

William's first ice skating class!

Here he is! Doesn't he look great? Sadly, I had to work and didn't get to see him in action. Daddy reports he worked hard for the whole class and didn't need help. Great work William!

Absentminded professor

We had our BIG ultrasound this week for baby #3 - I'm hoping to be back with some pictures to share. I wouldn't hold my breathe on that though.

One piece of the excitement is that we chose to bring William with us to the ultrasound.

We hurried out the door and while I buckled William in, I looked down to see these on William's feet: 2 right feet, one brown and one white. I had just enough time to run in and grab another more matching shoe before driving away..... Silly guy!
