8/8/10 : Nana and Boppa

At the beginning of August, Grandpa and Grandma came to visit!  It seems like we spend at least 83% of the time with them on the couch reading books.  I think that makes everyone happy!

 Saturday morning, we had a big BOWLING day out.  This was William's first time bowling (Amelia's too).  He was very impressed by the shoes.  Especially since Amelia didn't get any shoes because her feet are so small.

 The bowling alley had a fancy ramp to help the kids roll the heavy ball down the lane.  I was very impressed and considered trying it out myself....

Amelia also bowled, but I don't have any pictures of this.  I thought I had some video, but I guess in the business of trying to keep track of the two kids and preventing injury it didn't happen.

A huge highlight is hearing Amelia call out for "Nana" and "Boppa".  She stands at the top of the steps and yells down for them.

We also enjoyed eating out and a trip to the pool with Grandpa and Grandma - again I don't have pictures.  As much as I resolve to documenting and using our camera/s every day it is very difficult at the age the kids are.  They are so busy I don't have a minute to pick up the camera for even a second it seems.  Will work harder at it though!
